Returning an item Exchanges Refunds For Further Information, Please Contact support@blissdiamond.com
If you would like to return an item please email us at support@blissdiamond.com for a
Return Authorization Number. No package will be accepted if it does not contain a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Shipping insurance should be purchased for all returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for the returned package from the time it is shipped until it is received in our warehouse. Please do not forget to include the original invoice and gift box.
* Returned items not containing original invoice & gift box are subject to delays and/or a 20% restocking fee.
We gladly except exchanges on items that have not been worn within 14 days of receiving the item. For exchanges and/or service work please contact our customer service department at 847-367-6322.
Once the item(s) is received, a refund will be issued within 10 business days. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery charges are non-refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
What repairs and services are covered
The Bliss Diamond Five Year Extended Warranty Plan covers all inspections, defects in materials, workmanship, covered repairs and services to the jewelry. This includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems which have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed. Depending on the type of jewelry, the plan would include resizing or re-shanking of rings, clasp replacement, repair of broken chains, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts, diamond replacement, or other similar repairs. During the duration of the warranty you are entitled to two separate inspections for cleaning and polishing to restore the natural beauty of your item. Minor scratches that occur from normal wear will also be removed in this process.
What is not covered
Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment. Warranty is voided on rings that have been reset or if labor has been performed on the item by another jeweler. This plan also does not cover loss, theft, accidental abuse, damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, act of god, or any consequential damages or loss resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry. All center stones are not covered. We recommend getting main stones insured through another provider. Appraisal documents are available for this type of service.
